Firstly, make sure whether you want to integrate all the data in your companies/shops if you have more than one company/shop to manage. If you need to separate data, you should sign up for new companies/shops; If not, you can just add new companies/shops in Department.
Sign Up Accounts for multiple stores / companies (If your need to separate data)
Step 1:
Click on Log In on the website
Step 2:
You can have more than one company with the same email address (account). But you cannot continue signing up same the company name with the same email address.
For example:
You can sign up Company A, Company B, and Company C with example@workstem.com
You cannot continue signing up Company A with example@workstem.com after 14-day free trial
You will automatically go to this home page after signing up successfully. Then, you can enjoy your 14-day free trail!
Add Companies/Shops
1. If you would like to separate the data (e.g calculate staff's salary in Company A and Company B respectively)
Follow the sign-up steps above and use the same email address to create different company's name. When you've successfully signed up all of your companies/shops, then click on the button in the icon "⭕️" in the upper left hand corner of the home page to switch the company/shop.
In this way, the data in your companies/shops are separated.
2. If you would like to integrate the data (e.g calculate staff's salary in Company A and Company B together)
a. Follow the sign-up steps above to create one company's/shop's name first, and then add working locations
b. Go to Company > Department > Click on +New
