Can employees clock in privately?

According to the company's regulations, there are generally two situations:

1. The company allows employees to swap shifts

Employee A and Employee B reach an opinion on shift change, open the privacy Settings, view the shift information, and replace the shift.

2. Shifts can only be replaced after approval by the supervisor

Employees clock in/out with the shifts created by supervisor, and they cannot change privately. If they want to change the shifts and record the working hours, they must report to the supervisor to make the change.
