Workstem supports the function of Autopay report which can be directly uploaded to Hang Seng Bank system for payment.

Workstem system supports Autopay report function, which can be directly uploaded to the Hang Seng Bank system effectively reducing HR's burden. This article introduces how to achieve this in details.

Step One:

If you use "Hang Seng Bank" for Autopay, please follow the steps below.

Note: if the company bank account is Hang Seng Bank, the Bank Code is 024.

Step Two:

Enter [People]> [View] > [Employment & Salary Information], fill in the Branch Code and Account No. in employees' bank information section.

Notice⚠️:

If the company's account is Hang Seng Bank (Bank Code: 024), the employee's Bank Branch Code needs to be repeatedly filled in the Bank Account No. Please refer to the appendix for details of the Bank Code, Bank Branch Code, and Bank Account No.

Step Three:

Enter [Payroll] > [Reports]> [AutoPay]download the Report.

  • Example Branch Code: 123

  • Hang Seng Bank Code: 024

  • Example Account Number: 10000000 (8-digit number)

Please Check the bank statement for the Account Information of Standard Chartered Bank.
