Why would "Cannot Download AutoPay File" be displayed when trying to download the AutoPay report?
Generally speaking, the reason is that the company's bank code is missing or the bank code you've entered is wrong. Follow the below steps to check: click 「Company」>「Company」>「Bank Account Information」
Currently, Workstem system supports Autopay reports of the following banks. Please enter your bank code according to the below information.
HSBC: the bank code is 004
Bank of China: the bank code is 012
Standard Chartered Bank: the bank code is 003
Hang Seng Bank: the bank code is 024
DBS Bank: the bank code is 185
