When counting attendance data, how does the system value the attendance rules of the Location?
When counting attendance data, how does the system value the attendance rules of the Location?

Why does the system not calculate according to Location set by the shift schedule? Which Location’s attendance rules will be used for?

Example:

When arranging the shift, Back Office was added as the location for the shift of the current day. It can clock in/out successfully, but there is no data. What is the reason?

Step 1

「People」>「View」

Step 2

「Staff Information」> 「Employment & Payroll Information」> 「Location」

Step 3

「Company」> 「Location」>「Basic Info」>「Attendance Rules」

*Employers can confirm the location's attendance rules set for employees

Note⚠️: Employees can successfully clock in/out at different locations according to different shift requirements, but the system defaults to the attendance data calculation according to the attendance rules of the FIRST location in Staff Information.
