Steps for an employee to use Workstem One for the first time

Workstem One download instructions:

  • IOS users

IOS users can search and download the Workstem One App via App Store.

  • Android

Android users can search and download the Workstem One App via Google Play.

Workstem First-time login instruction

Step 1: New users need to log in with a verification code (Email/Phone number).

Step 2: Take Email login as an example, click "Use verification code to log in" and check the inbox to get the verification code and login.

Step 3: After the verification, it will move on to the password setting page. (It is for the password login in the future).

After the setting, you can login to the App with password.

Currently, Workstem One allows users to log in with phone verification 3 times a month. If the phone verification has exceeded 3 times per month, please use the email verification or password to log in.

  • Note: If you log in without the verification and password set up, you will be prompted for several situations in which the password is incorrect.

  1. As the screenshot shows, after the same account has entered the wrong password for 5 consecutive times, the login page will prompt [Your Device OR Account has been locked for 24 hours due to five consecutive failed logins. Please try again later], that is, your account will be locked for 24 hours, and you will not be able to log in again within 24 hours.

  2. If the account has been locked on a device, the same account cannot be logged in to another device, and the same prompt as above will appear [Your Device OR Account has been locked for 24 hours due to five consecutive failed logins. Please try again later], that is, your device or account will be locked for 24 hours, and you will not be able to log in again within 24 hours.

  3. When an account logged in by a device is locked, the device will not be able to log in to other accounts, and the system will prompt [Your Device OR Account has been locked for 24 hours due to five consecutive failed logins. Please try again later], that is, your device or account will be locked for 24 hours, and you will not be able to log in again within 24 hours.

  4. If the number of consecutive incorrect password entries is less than or equal to 5 times and the login is successful, the number of consecutive incorrect password entries for this account will not be counted by the system. For the same device or the same account, there are still 5 consecutive wrong times when next logging in. Similarly, if the password is entered incorrectly more than 5 consecutive times, the account will be locked for 24 hours.

  • Note: If the user does not have an email address, please register Gmail as follows:

  1. Enter the website for register;

    After filling in the required information, click "Next";

  2. Fill in phone number and recovery email address. It should be noted that the phone number you filled in will be used to verify when logging in to the Workstem One App. If you forget your password, the backup phone number will also help you successfully log in to your account again; if you already have an email address, we recommend that you add a recovery email address, which can be used for a variety of purposes, including:

    • Help keep your account safe and secure

    • Assist you to successfully log in again if you are unable to log in to your account (for example, if you forget your password)

  3. Verify the mobile number, click "Send", and the verification code will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS.

  4. After browsing the Privacy Policy, click "I agree";

  5. After the above steps, Gmail is successfully registered, you can log in to your mailbox to view it.
