What modules can different management levels see in Payroll Pro?

Which modules can be managed under different access rights? Here is a detailed explanation for you.

1. Admin

Manage All, including subscription renewal/cancellation.

2. HR

All HR access right, but no access right in add users, edit company's information, renew or cancel subscription.

3. Payroll

Expense claim, run payroll, MPF, tax and view payroll report.

4. Leave

Manage leave balances, create leave policies and leave types, approve leave applications and view leave reports.

5. Attendance

Manage attendance data, view attendance report and timesheets, and create shifts.

6. Employee's Profile

Manage employees' p-file, employment and payroll information

According to the Tag, Department, Work Location and Position , the user can be authorized to manage the data addition, deletion and modification of employees, as well as scheduling, attendance, and leave modules.
