When you find that your Leave Balance has not been generated before this month, you can manually recalculate leave balance.
Step1
Click Leave > Leave Balance > Recalculate
Step 2
You can choose Department, Position, People to calculate based on your needs, or select Advanced Settings.
Step 3
If you click Advanced Settings, turn on the Regenerate Leave Balance button and select Start Date. We recommend you select the last day of the month as the start date. Then Click “Confirm”.
Step 4
After the calculation, the web will lead you to the Leave Balance page. Now, for example, you would like to check A01’s annual leave balance. You can double click the employee's name or click the view button.
Step 5
Check Time and Status, when it shows “Taken Effect”, it means it has been successfully recalculated.
