Example 1

Julie's shift: 9:00-18:00. She clocked in at 8:10 (early arrival), and clocked out at 18:00. Her actual working hours should be 9:00-18:00.

Example 2

Liam's shift: 9:30-18:30. He clocked in at 10:00 (late), and clocked out at 18:15 (leave early).

His actual working hours should be 10:00-18:15.

Example 3

Sara's shifts: 9:00-12:00 & 14:00-17:00. She clocked in at 8:50 (early arrival), and clocked out at 12:05. The next shift, she clocked in at 14:20 (late), and clocked out at 18:30(overtime).

Her actual working hours should be 9:00-12:00 & 14:20-17:00.

Notes:The actual working hours are calculated by employees' schedule. Early arrival or overtime should adjust manually.Or employees can appliy for timesheet and is approved by the supervisor, it will be counted as overtime hours.
