In [Payroll] > [Pay Run], we can see 2 types of pay run.

One-time pay run: a supplement to normal pay run, which can be paid to one or more employees. For example, handling back payments, as payrun periods that have already been paid cannot be selected again.

Normal pay run: it can be combined with the employee's basic salary, variable pay items, attendance data, holiday payment, etc. to carry out normal payment.

One-time pay run

The process is similar as Add New Pay Run. One-Time pay run with normal pay run is that you will be able to choose to auto or manually input employees under your selected Payroll Policy.

How to create One-Time Pay Run

Step 1: Click [Payroll] > [Pay Run] > [One-time Pay Run], and fill in the related information

  • Name: The one-time pay run name

  • Payroll Policy: Select the corresponding payroll policy

  • Pay Day: Input the exact pay day (Have to be bank working day)

  • Pay Cycle: Period that you need to calculate payroll for

  • Reason: One-off payment/Others

  • Start/End Date: The pay run start and end date

Step 2: If any employee is missing, click on “Add” at the top right. After you select the employees, the system will recalculate this pay run automatically.

Confirm the payment, and then Next.

Step 3: Make sure all 4 sessions have no issue before you proceed to the 4th Step. Click “Submit” if there is no issue, then proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Generate Autopay Report, Super Report and Submit STP here. Click pay to finalize the pay run and the next step to close the pay run.

Step 5: Close the payrun

Normal pay run

Step 1: Click [Payroll] > [Pay Run] > [+New], and fill in payroll policy, pay day and other information.

Step 2: If any staff information is missing, click on Add in the top right. When you finish, the system will recalculate automatically.

View pay items in inspect.

Step 3: Click Submit after all the data has no issue.

Make sure all 4 session has no issue before you proceed to the 4th Step

Step 4: Generate Autopay Report, Super Report and Submit STP here. After you pay, click pay to finalise the pay run. You can always generate the reports more than once.

Warning: CLOSE THE PAY RUN ONLY WHEN YOU FINISH THE LAST PAY RUN OF THE MONTH.
