How to understand the number of leave days corresponding to the years of service in the annual leave?

The length of service refers to the number of days of annual leave corresponding to how long the employee has been employed.

As the example below,

0 years of service, less than one year of employment, enjoy 12 days of leave.

1 years of service, after one year of employment, enjoy 13 days of leave.

2 years of service, after two years of employment, enjoy 14 days of leave.
