Some companies change MPF companies. How should it be set in the system?

We recommend adding a new MPF scheme and registering the new MPF for employees. You can batch update employees' MPF scheme by using the template.

Q: Is the contribution information from the past MPF scheme still saved?

A: The system will save the previous records, you can view the details in the employee contribution records.

Q: If the MPF company is changed, can the system download the report directly for different companies?

A: Currently, the system supports downloading MPF reports of Manulife, HSBC, BOC-Prudential and Sun Life Financial. For other companies, you can download the Excel format, modify and submit it according to the requirements of different companies.
