Workstem provides “System Display Name” and “BR Name” for users to manage the store name and company name separately.

For example, if you are a Payroll Outsourcing Company, your customer is a chain business. They need to manage different stores separately and use the same name of the company in payroll and tax returns.

What’s more, they have three stores located in different areas. Every manager manages their own employees’ schedule, attendance and so on. Because the information of the three stores is independent, neither A nor B/C can see their employee information. How should we deal with the above cases?

Workstem provides “System Display Name” and “BR Name” for users to manage separately. Here will have two steps:

Step 1:Register a Workstem account with Store names.

Register several accounts for several Stores.

Step 2: Modify "BR Name"

  1. Enter the account, click “Company” > “Company”

  2. On the company page, enter the company’s information in “System Display Name” and “BR Name”.

Through the above two steps, we can use a unified company name to Payroll and finish tax work. It is convenient for management.
