If "Email address has not yet been registered" popped up when your employees log in to the App:
The most common reason is that the employee account has not been verified. Please follow the instruction on How Do I Know Whether My Employees Successfully Verified Their Email Addresses? to check the verification status of the employee account
If the employee account has not been verified, please follow the process below to complete the verification and log in to the App again:
If your employees verify the account by email:
- HR selects the mailbox icon and clicks 「Save and Invite」 when sending an invitation
If your employees verify the account by phone:
- HR selects the phone icon and clicks 「Save and Invite」 when sending an invitation
2. Click the link in the SMS to verify the account.
If your staff has completed the verification, please check whether the account name entered on the login page is consistent with the email address in the employee’s profile.
HR checks the consistency of the account name and [Email Address] in the [Staff Information] by logging in to the web version of Workstem.
⚠️ Note: Employees can verify accounts and receive verification code by phone, but still need to use the email address to log in.
