Reason of "Email address has not yet been registered"
If "Email address has not yet been registered" popped up when your employees log in to the App:
Note⚠️: Please check whether the account name entered on the login page is consistent with the email address in the employee’s profile.
Note⚠️: HR / System manager checks the consistency of the account name and [Email Address] in the [People] by logging in to the web version of Workstem.
Note⚠️: Employees can receive verification code by phone, but still need to use the email address as account name to log in.
