If a company has a large number of employees, supervisors can choose to import employees' shifts information when scheduling in Workstem by filling in a downloaded template, as shown in the screenshot:

The column of template in the imported file can only upload one template at a time.

For example: If you need to schedule two shifts for employee A on May 31st, 8am-11am + 1pm-6pm, then supervisors can firstly import the shift from 8am to 11am then manually schedule the shift from 1pm-6pm in the system; Note that importing two shifts at the same time will not be successful.
