Your employer is currently using Workstem HR Platform to create your profile. You should do the following steps:

  1. Download the Workstem Staff App
  2. Log in to the app for the first time

Your email address is the only account for logging in to the Workstem Staff App. You can check shifts, clock in/out, apply for leave/timesheet and view pay slips after logging in to the App.

Download the Workstem Staff App

Search for "Workstem" on iOS App Store / Google Playstore.

After installing the app, follow the steps below to log in your account for the first time.

As a first time user, you will need to use an email verification code to log in. After successfully logging in, you can then set a password for future sign-in's.

  1. On the Verification Code log in page, enter your email address and then click on [Get security code]
  2. Go to your email inbox and check if you have received the verification code.
  3. Once received, use the verification code to log in to your account.

You can switch the icon from email to mobile, enter your mobile number and [Get security code] via SMS.

Enter the security code and log in, the next page is to select company.

A remind will pop up for you to confirm the selection.

The next thing you should do is set up a password so that you can have an easier time logging in next time!

This is what you will see after you successfully log in!

Now, you can inform your supervisor or manager that you have successfully activated your account and logged in.

Note ⚠️

If you see this error, that is because your email address is inconsistent with the address added by HR in the platform, you need to confirm the email address with HR .
