How to Adjust Employees' Different Leave Balance?

How can I change employees leave balance since their leave type or leave policy might be different?

For new users: The system can automatically calculate your employees' leave balance according to their start day when you have successfully uploaded or added employee information.

However, you will have to make manual adjustments to the leave balance if the employee has an existing balance."

Step 1

Go to Leave > Click on Leave Balance > Choose the Leave Type
E.g. Annual Leave > Double click on the employee

Step 2

Click on New

Step 3 - Add/Deduct

Enter "6" if you want to add 6 days.
Enter "-6" if you want to deduct 6 days.
