After connecting Workstem and NetSuite, you can now sync the account codes and names managed in “Charts of Accounts” in NetSuite to Workstem.
On Interface Detail page, click on Account Code and click on Synchronize to sync the Account codes and names.
Once done, you will see the codes and names being displayed on “Account Code” page.
Note: If you have made any changes or added/deleted any accounts to “Charts of Accounts” in NetSuite, you will need to do the sync again to make sure the information in Workstem is up to date.
