After the fix, the corresponding month's annual leave quota can now be correctly recalculated.
2. [Autopay] – Web Bug Fix – [Hong Kong] Error occurred when downloading HSBC (Bank Codes 004, 003) Autopay File.
The issue has been resolved, and the corresponding Autopay files can now be downloaded and uploaded as expected.
3. [Payroll Function] – Web – Error with payroll function CountExternalPayItemByDay.
4. [Open Shift] – Web – Updated role permissions: only users with Admin, HR, or Attendance roles can view/edit Open Shift settings.
5. [Holiday Update] – Web – [Hong Kong] Corrected the dates for the 2025 statutory holidays in the English version: 'Christmas' (2025-12-25) and 'Winter Solstice' (2025-12-21).
6. [Open Shift] – Web – Added 'Planned Amount' and 'Payable Amount' fields in Shift Plan; enabled batch creation of shift plans for multiple employees; allowed batch addition of employees based on shift plans.
7. [Attendance Configuration] – Web – [Requirement Enhancement] Optimized permission management for users with attendance access rights within Attendance Settings, specifically for Open Shift and Project/ Pro functionalities.
8. [Leave Policy] – Web – When assigning leave policies to employees, the system will now perform fuzzy matching based on the input to suggest relevant leave policy names.
This is especially useful when there are many policies, helping users quickly locate and bind the appropriate one.
9. [Shift Copy] – Web – Bug Fix:
Fixed an issue where using the "Copy shifts by person" function would incorrectly change rest day and statutory holiday shifts to regular working day shifts.
10. [Certification Report] – Web:
The filtering condition 'Valid Until Date' in the Employee Certification Report has been updated to return all records with an expiry date on or before the selected date, rather than only showing records expiring on the selected date.
11. [Total Working Hours] – Web:
Development request – The Total Working Hours report has been enhanced to include additional employee information fields. Users can now select which fields to include when exporting the report. Some shift-related fields have also been added to provide more detailed shift information.
