Scheduled for the employee, but the employee reported that they cannot clock in/out by Wokstem one App., and there is a reminder: system error. What is the problem?

This indicates that the location information of the mobile phone is not turned on, you need to go to the control panel page of the mobile phone and open the location information;

Note: Taking an Android phone as an example, after the location information of the mobile control panel is confirmed to be turned on, the location information access permission of the Workstem One APP also needs to be checked whether it has been turned on. Both must be turned on, otherwise, the prompt "Please allow Workstem to utilise your GPS or Bluetooth in the settings menu" will appear when clock in/out, and then unable to Clock in/out all the time;
