If an employee has temporary issues and another colleague would like to switch shift with him/her, how to realize it in Workstem One?
After the colleague’s authorization, you can view his/her leave, shifts, and you can switch shifts with each other.
Step 1: Make sure [Allow all colleagues to view] in [Privacy Settings] is open.
Step 2: Choose corresponding colleague in [Colleague], and check his/her shift.
Step 3: Make sure the shift is correct, replace shift in the APP.
