Clone Shifts by Person/Time

You don't have to recreate each same shift one by one, which could greatly save you time.

Clone Shifts by Person

You can copy shifts from one employee's shift to all employees in one location/department/position and selected employee(s).

Example 1:

You can copy Karl's shift on 16 Mar to all employees in Marketing department and Employee A in IT department.

Example 2:

Copy Karl's shifts (17 Feb to 21 Feb) to UI/UX Designer in HK Office (1 June to 5 June)
Therefore, shifts on 1 June to 5 June of UI/UX Designer in HK Office will be the same time and location with Karl's on 17 Feb to 21 Feb.

Refer to the following steps for Example 2

Step 1

Go go Schedule > Click on Schedule > Click on Copy shifts by person

Step 2

Select people, and shifts start date and end date

Step 3

Select your the range you want

Step 4

Select Time

Clone Shifts by Time

You can copy shifts from the time of one/multiple locations/departments/positions/employees to another time.

Example 1:

Shifts from 13 Apr to 23 May of Employee A and Employee B in Product department need to be the same as the date of 8 June to 24 July.

Example 2:

Shifts from 23 Mar to 27 Mar of all employees in HK Office need to be the same as the date of 17 Feb to 19 Feb.

Step 1

Go go Schedule > Click on Schedule > Click on Copy shifts by time

Step 2

Select the range you want

Step 3

Copy: Select start date and end date

Step 4

Paste: Select start date and end date
