This feature has now entered the testing phase.

5. [Employee] – Web – [Optimization Requirement]
When creating or importing employee profiles, the system will perform duplicate validation on "ID/Passport Number" and "Phone Number".

If an employee record with the same ID/Passport number or phone number already exists in the system, a prompt will appear during import indicating that the same ID/Passport number already exists.

6. [Payrun] – Web - During payroll processing, if the ADW for the current month is higher than the average daily wage of the same month, a yellow indicator will be displayed as a reminder.

7. [Timesheet] – Web / APP – [Workstem One] - When submitting a timesheet and selecting “Overtime”, the overtime category will default to “Workday Overtime On Weekdays.”

8. [E-Card] – APP – [Workstem One] - Feature expansion for the employee information page in the Workstem One App, including employee E-Card.

9. [Bluetooth] – APP – [Optimization Requirement] - Enhancement to the Bluetooth connection status display in the Workstem One App.
The “Bluetooth” label on the clock-in page will turn green (allowing Bluetooth clock-in) only when all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Bluetooth is enabled on the device;

  2. The Bluetooth device is powered on;

  3. The Bluetooth device has been correctly added to the employee’s current tenant;

  4. The Bluetooth device has no office location restriction, or at least one of the employee’s assigned office clock-in locations matches the Bluetooth device’s restricted locations.

10. [Permissions] – Web - When the Payroll role is granted and restricted to only one payroll policy, the exported Fixed Salary Data and Variable Salary Data do not match the data displayed on the page.
