How to resolve display issue encountered after system version update

This article addressing disappearing of system modules, alignment problems, layout issues or display error of Workstem Web.

As Workstem updates our website periodically to meet market demands and fix bugs, it can sometimes affect the system display and some filtering functionality after the update is published. Below is our advise to fix the issue:

1. First, if you are unable to view the module content in the system after logging in, or if there are misalignments of content/picture, you need to click on the account icon in the upper right corner and select 'Clear Cache' to clear the cached data for your account.

2. We recommend logging in to the Workstem web interface using the Google Chrome browser. Please refer to the picture below for instructions on how to clear the cache in Google Chrome: -

Find the browser setting

Choose 'Privacy and Security,' then click on 'Delete browsing data' to delete all previous browsing data.

Re-login to your Workstem website after clearing cached data, and you will be able to see the complete display of Workstem website.
