How to Register a Workstem Account and Log In?

A brief introduction to getting started with Workstem.

Navigate to the Workstem website and click β€˜Sign Up’ to register an account for your company.

Step 1: Register

On the Log In page, select the 'Start your 14-day free trial now!' button to register your Workstem Account for the first time.

Step 2: Fill In Company and Owner Information

On the information fill-in page, enter all the necessary information:

  1. Company Name

  2. Country / Region: Select the country where the company is located

  3. Name: Name of the company owner

  4. Mobile Number: Contact number of the company owner

  5. Email: Email address of the company owner

  6. Verification Code: Click the 'Get Code' button to receive the 6-digit code via email provided above.

Click the 'Register' button after filling in all the information.

Step 3: Set Up Password for Log In

Create a new password and click 'Submit' to save it.

  • You can also change your password in the future by clicking on the user's Profile Picture in the top right corner > Account management > Privacy & Security.

Two-step authentication: Enable this function for added account security.

Lock account: Default setting is enabled.

Step 4: Switching Between or Managing Multiple Stores / Tenants

If you need to manage multiple stores/tenants, click on the company name at the top left, select the desired store from the dropdown list, or use the search bar to locate the store.

To manage or switch between multiple stores/tenants in the Workstem One App:

Please note: If you wish to switch tenants using the Workstem One App, kindly click on the Company Logo located in the top left corner of the 'Home' page, and then select the relevant company name
