What is Project?

In certain training institutions or gyms, various staff members, either different individuals or the same personnel, may conduct different courses. Similar to teachers in schools who handle diverse subjects like Mathematics, English, Physics, and more, instructors may be tasked with teaching a range of subjects.

Utilising the project feature enables a clear understanding of the specific course components within the schedule. Additionally, in instances where projects entail varying pricing structures, the project function serves to calculate salaries accordingly.

Add a New Project

Go to Schedule > Project > Click the 'New Type' button to initiate a new project.

On the creation page, complete the mandatory fields as necessary.

Once filled, proceed by clicking the 'Confirm' button to preserve the project details.

Utilising Projects

Navigate to Schedule > Schedule > Click the 'New' button to introduce a new shift.

Input the required details in the provided fields.

Under the project field, opt for the newly created project from the dropdown menu.

Finalise by clicking the 'Save' button to retain the shift information.

Upon shift creation, it will be visible on the calendar alongside the associated project.

Examples of Typical Project Scenarios

Scenario 1:

Qiu, acting as a project manager, is tasked with working on Project A today morning (06:00 - 12:00) and Project B tomorrow morning (06:00 - 12:00). In this scenario, you can utilise the same shift template for Qiu and assign the project accordingly.

The output will be displayed as follows, with the project listed within the shift:

Scenario 2:

Project C is allocated across three distinct shifts:

Morning shift (06:00 - 12:00)

Afternoon shift (13:00 - 19:00)

Sample shift (09:00 - 18:00)

Hence, you could utilise the three different shift templates and assign Project C as the project, as demonstrated below:
