When you register a business account, the system automatically assigns you as the administrator of that account. You can see this in the "Company → Company → User" interface.

In the 'User' interface, you can invite others to co-manage the business account by clicking the 'New' button.

These individuals can be:

1. Company administrative officers;

2. Company HR managers;

3. Company finance personnel;

4. If you are not the company owner, you can also invite the owner;

5. Non-company employees who assist you in managing account operations include:

  • If outsourcing services are used, your service provider can also be invited;

  • If technical support is needed, you can also add our customer service (cs@workstem.com).

When adding these personnel, only want them to see the content of specific sections?

No problem, you can also set each person's viewable board content through 'Access Right'!

In addition to selecting access rights, Workstem also offers advanced authorisation features. (Enterprise management and/or HR permissions are not restricted from use, meaning this feature does not apply.) Individuals granted access right to other modules can utilise advanced authorisation to view, edit, and manage specific employees of a department/office clock-in point/label/position.

Advanced authorisation supports the simultaneous selection of multiple filtering conditions, such as selecting leave management access rights. With advanced authorisation, it's possible to simultaneously select department [Store B] + position [Sales]. Then, personnel with leave management access rights can view the functions of the [Leave] menu in the system, and within that module, only employees belonging to department [Store B] and position [Sales] can be managed.

Specifically, upon selecting the "Payroll" access rights, within the advanced authorisation, it is also possible to further refine the settings for specific payroll modules that users can use and view.

Under other access rights, however, it remains in an unconfigurable and unselectable state.

Please note that in the open state, visibility is restricted. If visibility is not restricted, there is no need to open.

Additionally, in the advanced authorisation, after filling in information such as department, position, work location, tag, payroll policy, etc., besides being able to view employees within the set information scope, the current user can also view and manage employees who haven't had relevant information.
