FAQ - Why Can't I Find the Pay Run to Sync?

Only the “Paid” or “Closed” pay runs can be synced from Workstem to Xero.

If you don’t see the pay run on the list, please go into Payroll -> Pay Run and check the status of the pay run you are trying to sync.
